The new school year at the Christian German School Chiang Mai (CDSC) began today with a festive school opening service. In a warm atmosphere, all new teachers, interns, and volunteers were introduced to the school community.
There was particularly loud cheering for the new first graders, who were euphorically celebrated by the entire school. All other new students were also welcomed with open arms. The program was accompanied by atmospheric musical performances. Among others, the 4th and 5th grades performed the song “Way Maker” and the 12th grade ended the event with our CDSC school song.
Afterwards, the students went to their classrooms for the first time, while the kindergarten children got to know their groups. It was a successful first day of school that left everyone wanting more – classes start tomorrow and the 2025/26 school year is really getting underway.
