On Friday, 30th October 2020 the Christian German School Chiang Mai (CDSC) was honored to take part in the Opening Ceremony of the Tourism Promotion Project for Wiang Kum Kam Ruins (the first capital city of Lan Na Kingdom). The CDSC participated in the Yi Peng Lantern Parade. During the ceremony Mr. David Nescholta (Chairman of the School Board), as the school’s representative, received a certificate of honor from Mr. Charoenrit Sanguansat (Governor of Chiang Mai Province). Our seventh grade pupils performed “Fhon Khome Lan Na” (Lan Na Lantern Dance), while our third and fourth grade pupils sang a song “Saeng Haeng Santi” (Light of Peace). Thanks God for directing and giving us the opportunity to proclaim His name among the people in Saraphi District.
วันศุกร์ที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2020 ที่ผ่านมา โรงเรียนคริสเตียนเยอรมันเชียงใหม่ ได้รับเกียรติเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดโครงการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวโบราณสถานเวียงกุมกาม (ปฐมราชธานีแห่งอาณาจักรล้านนา) อย่างเป็นทางการ ได้ร่วมขบวนแห่โคมยี่เป็งเข้าสู่มณฑลพิธี ซึ่งในพิธีการ ท่านอาจารย์เดวิด เนชอลตา (ประธานกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียน) เป็นตัวแทนรับมอบเกียรติบัตรจาก ท่านเจริญฤทธิ์ สงวนสัตย์ (ผู้ราชการจังหวัดเชียงใหม่) พร้อมกันนี้ นักเรียนระดับชั้นที่ 7 ได้แสดงนาฏศิลป์ “ฟ้อนโคมล้านนา” รวมทั้งนักเรียนระดับชั้นที่ 3 และ 4 ได้ขับร้องบทเพลง “แสงแห่งสันติ” ขอบพระคุณพระเจ้าสำหรับการทรงนำ และประทานโอกาสในการประกาศพระนามของพระองค์ท่ามกลางพี่น้องประชาชนในเขตอำเภอสารภี
